I have viscose products and this does not feel at all like viscose (which the seller kindly informed me is a rayon based product.) But believe me, it does not have the soft and fluffy feel of viscose, yet the seller says it is. The label on the item says that it is 100% pashmina/ silk, which it most definitely is not. I believe that I may possibly have found this product at any street corner in New York for $10. However, the color and pattern is great. My plans were to give this as a gift.
